Shipping and returns

We deliver to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. All prices include VAT.

Delivery costs depend on the total weight of your order, including packaging (shipping weight per 500 g bag: 560 g; 1 kg bag: 1.09 kg; 5 kg bag: 5.3 kg). You will see the weight and the exact amount before you pay. If your order exceeds the maximum weight per parcel, email us and we will send it in several parcels.
Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from dispatch. We prepare orders within a maximum of 1 working day of payment being confirmed. When the parcel leaves, we send you an email with the tracking number.
Areas we do not deliver to
For the time being, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. These areas lie outside the territory where VAT applies, and shipments there require customs formalities. We also do not deliver outside Spain. When you review your order, we check the postcode so that we can let you know before you pay.
If the parcel arrives damaged
If the packaging arrives visibly damaged, please note it on delivery if you can and write to us as soon as possible at hola@bonabrasa.es, ideally with photos. We will send you a new product or refund the amount, at no cost to you. Your statutory rights do not depend on your making this note.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The quickest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” function; you can also send us an email. We will then give you the return address.
- You bear the direct cost of the return.
- We refund the price and the standard shipping costs no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment.
- We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that you have sent it back, before making the refund.

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If something is not right, write to us and we will sort it out. More information in the Terms of sale.
